Trader Joe’s Notches Top Grocery Store With Shoppers

Trader Joe’s was named the favorite grocery store by shoppers in the latest American Customer Satisfaction Index (ACSI) report, pulling ahead of last year’s tie result with Publix. Publix did take the No. 2 spot, followed by H-E-B, Sam’s Club, and Whole Foods (via ACSI).
