QVC Poised To Exit Bankruptcy Protection

QVC is on the cusp of exiting bankruptcy protection as its restructuring plan has been awarded approval from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Southern District of Texas. QVC will exit bankruptcy with its total debt having been slashed from $6.6 billion to a much less imposing $1.325 billion (more).
