Pizza Hut Global CEO To Exit Upon Company’s Sale to Private Equity

Pizza Hut’s global CEO, Aaron Powell, will be exiting the role at the end of the month as parent Yum! Brands prepares to sell the chain to private equity. Outside of mainland china, Pizza Hut will be sold to LongRange Capital for an estimated $1.5 billion, and in mainland China Yum China will take over operations in a deal projected to be worth $1.2 billion (more).
