Pizza Hut Being Sold by Yum Brands for $2.7 Billion

Pizza Hut is being sold by Yum Brands in a deal estimated to be worth $2.7 billion. LongRange Capital will purchase the bulk of Pizza Hut for ~$1.5 billion, while Yum China will buy the company’s Chinese assets for ~$1.2 billion (more).
