Netflix Drops Out of Warner Bros. Discovery Bidding War, Leaving Paramount on Top

Netflix has dropped out of the WBD bidding war, leaving the path clear for Paramount Skydance to move in. The deal relies on shareholder approval of the plan, as well as regulatory approval, but would signal a large win for Paramount if all goes through (via CNN Business).
