Kevin Warsh Confirmed as Fed Chair, First Meeting in June

Kevin Warsh was confirmed as the next chair of the Federal Reserve in a vote which was largely drawn along partisan lines. Outgoing chair Jerome Powell will retain a seat as governor for now, with Warsh’s first meeting at the helm scheduled for mid-June (more).
