Inspire Brands Confidentially Files for IPO

Inspire Brands, the parent company behind Dunkin’, Arby’s, Buffalo Wild Wings, Baskin Robbins, Sonic Drive-In, and Jimmy John’s, has confidentially filed for an IPO. PE firm Roark Capital, backing Inspire, is allegedly looking for a valuation in the neighborhood of $20 billion (more).
