Frontline Workers, Including Those in Retail, Feel Replaceable

A new study indicates that nearly three-quarters (69%) of U.S. frontline workers, including retail workers, feel replaceable — with more than half (56%) stating that “most people have no idea how stressful the work really is.” On the other hand, a higher percentage (77%) are proud to tell people what they do (more).
