Chrevron To Back Microsoft’s West Texas Data Center with Natural Gas

Chrevron will be backing Microsoft’s West Texas data center, named Project Kilby, for a period of 20 years with natural gas. Project Kilby is expected to consume almost 2.7 gigawatts of electricity, or the amount of electricity used to power ~2 million homes (more).
