Buc-ee’s has sued a small Ohio mini-mart over allegations of trademark infringement, claiming perceived similarities between the two logos could “cause confusion among consumers.” Beaver Mini Mart has operated for over a decade in Beavercreek, Ohio, and its owned stated: “I don’t know why they would sue a small business like mine.
