Hugo Boss shares traded up by at least 14% as of early morning on June 11 after its largest shareholder, Frasers Group, made a takeover offer of about 2 billion euro, or ~$2.3 billion. “This looks to us as an opportunity to grab a strategically relevant brand to Frasers at an attractive valuation,” Shore Capital analyst David Hughes said (more).
